Nelson Clean Care uses primarily truck mounted steam cleaning to gently yet aggressively remove soiling from your carpeting yarns. Our special pre-sprays address that dry and oily residue that if not removed, makes your carpet resoil very quickly. Of course, we cannot restore 100% of the hundreds of carpets we inspect and clean each year. If we feel we cannot present a finished product that will “wow” you and make you want to call us again, we will inform you of that. We have restored many carpets that were thought to be in hopeless condition, but sometimes we will recommend replacement.
